Beer a continuous object. Those who enjoy it see no end to it. What will it leave behind? How does it influence what's happening right now? The ingredients are our instrument, our heritage... They give us a way of influence and help us create our own way of changing the culture and tradition.
Confidence in the strength of the flavor, its intensity and importance gives us the endless drive and desire to create and experiment. Even when it's hard to see the road, you know where you're going and that nothing will stop you.
Secret Level is a passion project that is quickly gaining traction. Our small batch brews continue to impress at festivals and win medals in local competitions. The plan for 2023 is to begin contract brewing and distributing our products to local craft retailers. We hope to see you there.
